Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (Accused), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.111 of 2025 of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna District, for the offences punishable under Sections 323 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

At the stage of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order in the instant lis .

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State, basing on the written instructions, submits that the police have filed a charge sheet in FIR in Crime No.111 of 2025 of Kankipadu Police Station, Krishna District, before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
