Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A2), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.140 of 2023 of Butchiyyapeta Police Station, Anakapalli District, for the offences punishable under Section 120b, 419, 420, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
