Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners herein (Accused), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.106 of 2024 of B.N.Kandriga Police Station, Tirupati District, for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with a liberty to file fresh criminal petition in accordance with the law.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor expressed no objection for the same.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file fresh criminal petition in accordance with the law.
