Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A4), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.11 of 2025 of Kovur Police Station, SPSR Nellore District.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2025 of Kovur Police Station, SPSR Nellore District as “Drop further action” vide C.No.756/Ref.SDPO-N(R)/2026 dated 31.12.2025 issued by the concerned authority.
