The Court made the following Order:

Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A1), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.245 of 2024 of G.Konduru Police Station, NTR Commissionerate District, for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 505(2), 316(5), 336(3), 340 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2025 of I Town UG Police Station, Kadapa District as “Mistake of Fact” vide C.No.405/REF/ ACP-MYM/2025 dated 22.12.2025 issued by the concerned authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
