Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner herein (A1), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.20 of 2025 of I Town UG Police Station, Kadapa District, for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 318(4), 316(2), 316(5), 336(3), 340 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2025 of I Town UG Police Station, Kadapa District as “Civil in Nature” vide C.No.206/SDPOKDP/2026 dated 30.06.2026 issued by the concerned authority.
