Instant Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), has been filed on behalf of petitioners herein (Accused), seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR in Crime No.36 of 2024 of Bathalapalli Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District, for the offences punishable under Sections 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.36 of 2024 of Bathalapalli Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District as “False” vide Final Report dated 02.04.2026 of Sub Inspector of Police, Bathalapalli Police Station.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
