The instant Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, by the Petitioner / Accused seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.100 of 2025 on the file of Ravulapalem Police Station, Dr.B.R.Ambekar Konaseema District for the offences under Sections 78(1)(i), 351(2) and 356(2) of BNS.

2. Heard Sri R.Siva Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for State.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that, a notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS was already issued to the Petitioner and the Petitioner did not turn up. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would further submit that, let there be a direction to the Petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and furnish sureties as directed by Investigating Officer.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

5. In that view, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Petitioner to appear before the concerned Police on 09.03.2026 at 10.00 a.m and furnish sureties as directed by them.
