The Court made the following JUDGMENT:
1. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the sole accused died on 01.10.2023 and has filed a report to that effect. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instructions and that the appellant is not in contact with him. The said report, along with a copy of the death certificate, is taken on record.
2. In view of the death of the sole accused, the appeal stands
abated and is accordingly dismissed as abated.
As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
