This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17035 of 2023.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17035 of 2023 and written instructions dated 09.07.2026 are also filed to that effect. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the same.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
