ORDER:

This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 18.07.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19097 of 2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents furnished written instructions dated 24.12.2025, wherein it is stated that after having vigilance and quality control recoveries, remaining amount was paid to the petitioner on 14.08.2025. In view of the changed circumstances and due to change of the respondents, the petitioner must have been filed a petition impleading the present incumbents who did those vigilance recoveries on the guise of quality control recovery/assessment of the works.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither responding nor available for filing implead petition as required and requested to make an order basing upon the written instructions dated 24.12.2025 submitted by the respondents.

In view of the compliance reported by the learned counsel for the respondents vide instructions dated 24.12.2025, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt

case shall stand closed.
