This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 06.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22076 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 06.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22076 of 2023 and written instructions dated 28.01.2026 are also furnished to that effect. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
