ORDER:

This Court, vide order dated 11.08.2022 in W.P.No.19987 of 2021, while disposing of the writ petition, directed the respondents to pay all the pension/retiremental benefits to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order, failing which the respondents are directed to pay interest @ 12% per annum till the date of payment.

For non compliance of the said order, the present contempt case has been filed.

Learned counsel for respondents represented and stated that the orders of this Court have been complied with by the respondents and the same was not denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
