This contempt case is filed for non compliance of order dated 09.12.2025,

passed by this Court in W.P.No.34035 of 2025.

While disposing the writ petition, this Court has observed that the 3^rd respondent-R.D.O has no jurisdiction to entertain any appeal filed by the 5^th respondent without having any order by the competent authority and accordingly the impugned notice has been set aside and the matter was remanded to the 4^th respondent-Tahsildar, Ananthapur Rural Mandal, but surprisingly contrary to the above said terms, the 3^rd respondent-RDO has issued the notice once again on 23.01.2026. Aggrieved by the said notice, the present contempt case is filed.

After notice, the contemnor has filed counter and also brought to the notice of this Court that the said notice has been issued before receipt of the copy of the order dated 09.12.2025, passed in the W.P.No.34035 of 2025 and after receipt of the copy of the order dated 09.12.2025 the contemnor has withdrawn the said notice and issued proceedings withdrawing the order passed.

Considering the said submission as there is no willful disobedience or violation of the order dated 09.12.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.34035 of 2025, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
