This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 12.03.2012 passed by this Court in I.A.No.4 of 2012 (WPMP 8068 of 2012) in W.P.No.6353 of 2012.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶29

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that since the writ petition itself is disposed of, the interim orders passed by this Court are merged with the final orders passed in the writ petition. Therefore, the contempt case filed against the interim order dated 12.03.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6353 of 2012 cannot be enforced. Hence, no further orders are necessary and requested to close the contempt case.
