ORDER:

This Court, vide order dated 11.10.2022 in W.P.No.22127 of 2021, while disposing of the writ petition, directed the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners i.e., 12.06.2017 and 17.03.2021 and pass appropriate orders in pursuance of the letter No.3380/U.E/A1/2017 dated 21.02.2019, letter No.3380/U.E/A1/2017 dated 13.08.2019 and G.O.Ms.No.14, HE (UE) Department dated 20.02.2010, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

For non compliance of the said order, the present contempt case has been filed.

Learned counsel for respondents, across the Bench, furnished a copy of the speaking order dated 23.09.2023, passed by the 1^st respondent-Registrar, S.V.University. The said copy forms part of record.

On perusal of the said proceedings, it appears that the respondents have disposed of the representations submitted by the petitioners. Hence, if at all the petitioners are aggrieved by the speaking order dated 23.09.2023, they are at liberty to challenge the proceedings appropriately in accordance with law.

As the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
