Contempt Case No. 4115/2024, High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Special Original Jurisdiction), decided on 07.04.2026 by Sri Justice Venkateswarlu Nimmagadda. GRA Constructions, represented by its proprietor Raviteja Chowdary, filed a contempt petition under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against (i) Sri G Sai Prasad, IAS, Principal Secretary, Irrigation and CAD Department, (ii) Sri J Nivas, IAS, Principal Secretary, Finance and Planning Department, and (iii) Sri K Nagaraju, Executive Engineer (WRD), Nellore Central Division, alleging willful disobedience of the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed in W.P. No. 37136 of 2022. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37136 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37136 of 2022 and to that effect written instructions are also furnished. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the same.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
