This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful, wanton and deliberate disobedience in implementation of the order passed by this Court on 04.09.2025 in W.P.No.22291 of 2025.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, Sri. Y. Alex Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 04.09.2025 has been complied with by the respondent authorities and requested to close the contempt case.

In view of the fact that the orders passed by this Court on 04.09.2025 were complied with by the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
