The Contempt Case is filed against the Respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21960 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the respondents have complied with the order 01.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21960 of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.

Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
