This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 21.04.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5426 of 2025.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide proceedings dated 20.01.2026, respondents have complied with the orders passed by this Court and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed, accordingly. No costs.
