This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 21.04.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.11295 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 21.04.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.11295 of 2022 and also furnished written instructions dated 10.09.2026 to that effect. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and requested to close the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
