When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 17.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16147 of 2024. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed and requested to close the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
