This contempt case is filed against the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders dated 14.03.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.5923 of 2023.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submits that pursuant to the orders dated 14.03.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.5923 of 2023, the petitioner was reinstated into service and he has been discharging his duties as directed by this Court vide proceedings dated 27.08.2024. The proceedings dated 27.08.2024 are placed on record.

In view of the implementation of the orders dated 14.03.2023 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.5923 of 2023, the orders of this Court are complied with and no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt

case shall stand closed.
