This contempt case is filed questioning the noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 08.09.2025 in W.P.No.23754 of 2025, wherein this Court directed the Respondents to pay salary to the Petitioner for the period from 17.02.2023 to 03.12.2023, pending further orders.

Learned counsel for the Respondents passed on proceedings No.P1/369(1)/2026-DPTO-VSP, dated 16.09.2026 issued by Respondent No.2 treating the period from 17.02.2023 to 03.12.2023 as on duty and the earned leave of 190 days and 99 days of HPL which were earlier deducted from the leave account of the Petitioner would be restored to his account. Learned counsel further submits that the amounts will be credited to the account of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the Respondents, this contempt case is closed. Petitioner is at liberty to recall this order in the event the amounts are not credited to his account.
