ORDER:
The Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the interim order passed by this Court on 09.3.2026 in W.P.No.6480 of 2026 wherein this Court has directed the respondents ‘to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.11.2025 as per the conditions imposed in G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 17.11.2025’.
After notice, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors has placed the proceedings of the District Collector, Chittoor dated 14.7.2026.
A perusal of the said proceedings shows that the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 17.11.2025 and passed orders and hence no contempt case is made out.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
