This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 02.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3159 of 2023.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 02.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3159 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents also furnished written instructions dated 25.08.2026, under which the entire amounts as directed by this Court were paid.

In view of the compliance reported by both the learned counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
