ORDER:
The Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the interim order passed by this Court on 28.01.2026 in W.P.No.2227 of 2026 wherein this Court has directed the respondents ‘particularly respondent no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.9.2025 and 30.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law’.
After notice, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor has placed the proceedings of the respondent dated 06.5.2026.
A perusal of the said proceedings shows that the contemnor has considered the representation of the petitioner dated 11.9.2025 and 30.12.2025 and passed orders which shows that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the contemnor and hence no contempt case is made out.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
