ORDER:
The Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the order passed by this Court on 12.12.2025 in W.P.No.34639 of 2025 wherein this Court has directed the respondents ‘more specifically, respondents 2 to 4, to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 04.08.2025 and to pass appropriate orders based on the record and a field verification’.
After notice, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors has placed the proceedings of the Tahsildar i.e. respondent/contemnor no.3 dated 31.8.2026.
A perusal of the said proceedings shows that the contemnors have considered the representation of the petitioner dated 04.8.2025 and passed orders which shows that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the contemnors and hence no contempt case is made out.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
