This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No. 29659 of 2025, dated 20.11.2025. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:
“…..this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the amounts to the petitioner in accordance with two quality control certificates i.e., 1.dated 08.02.2023 for a sum of Rs.44,59,540/- and 2.dated 24.01.2023 for a sum of Rs.60,270/- issued by the respondents, within a period of five (05) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order….”
