The Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the interim order passed by this Court on 06.5.2026 in W.P.No.13143 of 2026 wherein this Court has directed the respondents ‘to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Deputy Extension Media Officer under the category of Locomotor/Orthopedic Disability in the ensuing promotions in terms of G.O.Ms.No.77, General Administration (Services-D) Department dated 02.08.2023’.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that after filing the Contempt Case, the respondents have implemented the interim orders of this Court. In view of the same, no contempt case is made out.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
