The Court made the following: ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 27.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15350 of 2024.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders passed by this Court and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed, accordingly. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
