This contempt case is filed for non implementation of the order

dated 05.08.2021, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.13073 of 2021, wherein this court directed the respondents to

consider the representation dated 17.04.2021 and pass appropriate orders as per records.

After notice, Sri C. Suman, learned counsel appearing for the 1^st contemnor has submitted that the 1^st contemnor is not relevant to this contempt case as the petitioner submitted the representation to the 2^nd contemnor only. Hence, the 1^st contemnor may be discharged from the contempt case.

Learned counsel appearing for the 2^nd contemnor submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents have considered and passed the orders on 23.12.2021. When the respondents have considered and disposed of the representation of the petitioner and the said disposal was in accordance with law, this court is not inclined to entertain the contempt case as the respondents have already passed the orders.
