ORDER:
The Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the order passed by this Court on 21.01.2026 in W.P.No.27513 of 2025 wherein this Court has directed the petitioner ‘to approach the concerned authorities and obtain the relevant certificate. Upon such approach, the authorities shall consider the petitioner’s request based on the record and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law’.
After notice, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors has filed reply-affidavit and along with reply he placed the orders of the contemnor no.2 dated 12.5.2026 and the same was communicated to the petitioner.
A perusal of the said order shows that the contemnor has considered the case of the petitioner which shows that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the contemnors and hence no contempt case is made out.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
