This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.30977 of 2025, dated 02.12.2025. The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:

“…..this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the amount to the petitioner in accordance with quality control certificate dated 12.06.2025, 12.08.2025, 20.05.2025, 12.05.2025, 20.05.2025, 20.05.2025, 12.05.2025, 15.01.2025, 15.03.2025, 26.09.2025, 07.10.2025, 07.10.2025, 26.09.2025, 26.09.2025 and 26.09.2025 issued by the respondents, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order….”
