This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.33738 of 2025 on 05.01.2026, wherein this Court passed the following order:

“….this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to release the amounts to the petitioner in accordance with the quality control certificate i.e., dated 25.11.2025 for a sum of Rs.29,25,321/- issued by the respondents within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order......…”

counsel representing Smt. Pamarathi Kameswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 05.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33738 of 2025 has been complied with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case.
