The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance with the order, dated 10.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.30981 of 2026,

wherein this Court had directed the Respondents therein to consider the representation of the Petitioner for enhancement of the pension with effect from 05.02.2016, as per the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980.

Pursuant thereto, the representation given by the Petitioner is examined and a speaking order, dated 14.05.2026 was passed rejecting the claim of the Petitioner.

In the light of the same, the Contempt Case is closed.

As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
