The present Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 28.07.2016 passed in W.P. No. 23436 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the filing of the present contempt case, the respondent has deposited the entire gratuity amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- to the petitioner and, therefore, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present Contempt Case any further.
