The Contempt Case has been filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeking the Court to punish the respondents for willfully and deliberately violating the Order, dated 13.08.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.16566 of 2025.

Today, when the matter has come up before this Court for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance, on written instructions, submits that the Order dated 13.08.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.16566 of 2025, has been complied with and the amounts were credited into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries on 14.08.2026. The written instructions are placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners accedes to the said submission.

In view of said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
