The present Contempt Case has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation of the interim orders dated 01.11.2016 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 38390 of 2016 in W.P. No. 31022 of 2016.

Heard Sri M. Surendra Rao, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions from the Andhra Pradesh Information Technology Academy (2^nd respondent), submitted that after the filing of the present Contempt Case, the interim orders dated 01.11.2016 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 38390 of 2016 in W.P. No. 31022 of 2016 have been complied with by reinstating the petitioner into service.

In support of the said submission, learned counsel for the respondent placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 10.02.2020, whereby the petitioner was reinstated on the same terms and conditions and directed to report to the Director (HR & Admin), APITA. He also placed on record a copy of the joining report dated 12.02.2020, evidencing that the petitioner reported for duty on 12.02.2020 (F.N.) as District Development Manager.

In view of the aforesaid submission that the interim orders dated

01.11.2016 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 38390 of 2016 in W.P. No. 31022 of 2016 have been complied with, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
