This Court has disposed of the Writ Petition No.7576 of 2024 on 12.07.2024, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.02.2024 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders and communicate the said decision to the petitioner herein stipulating four weeks time from the date of receipt of representation. The respondent authorities have examined the representation dated 27.02.2024 and passed orders and the said decision was not communicated to the petitioner herein. As such, the present Contempt Case came to be filed.

As the respondents have disposed of the representation dated 27.02.2024, as directed by this Court, nothing survives to adjudicate further in the present Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 30.10.2024 delivered by the 1^st respondent in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
