Raghunandan Rao and T.C.D. Sekhar, JJ. (per Raghunandan Rao, J.). The petitioner, a Vocational Instructor at Govt. Boys High School, Guntur, had prayed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for punishment of the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders dated 20/01/2020 passed by the Court in W.P. No. 21039 of 2019. At hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the amounts due to the petitioner had been cleared, except the Earned Leave amounts. The Court thereupon closed the Contempt Case, expressly leaving the petitioner at liberty to pursue his remedies, in accordance with law, for recovery of the Earned Leave; made no order as to costs; and, as a sequel, ordered that pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
