Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or Direction, one more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus i) Declaring the action of the Official Respondents in permitting the Respondent Nos.7^and 8 to run law colleges and admit students vide Proceeding No.APSCHE/AC-102-SVU /LAW/2023-24/RLC dated 14.09.2023 and Proceedings No.APSCHE/AC102-SVU/LAW/202324/KMRLC dated 20.09.2023, without following the procedure established by law as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violative of Principles of Natural Justice, violative of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, violative of Chapter XI of the Sri Venkateswara University Laws, violative of Rules for According Permission to start new private unaided law colleges / courses / additional sections in the State of Andhra Pradesh, 2016, violative of the Andhra Pradesh Higher Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 2021 and violative of the Rules of Legal Education, 2008 Consequently set aside Proceeding No.APSCHE/AC-102SVU /LAW/2023-24/RLC dated 14.09.2023 and Proceedings ii. NO.APSCHE/AC102-SVU/LAW/2023-24/KMRLC dated 20.09.2023.
