Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly^{oneinthenature} of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents no. 2 to 5 in not paying the compensation amount to the petitioner basing on the acquisition of the petitioner land to an extent of Ac.1.84 cents in Sy No. 91/2 of Kovilampadu Village, CS Puram Mandal, Prakasam District by the 5th respondent for formation of New National Highway from Mydukur to Singarayakonda^and trying to pay the compensation to the 6th respondent whose name illegally entered into the compensation list who is not having any right, title over my property without considering the lawyer notice dated 21.12.2020 and representation 14.3.2022 of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner by including the petitioner name in the land acquisition list in respect of land in Sy No.91/2 to an extent of Ac.1.84 cents of Kovilampadu Village in the interest of justice. lA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner by acquiring the petitioner land in Sy No. 91/2 to an extent of Ac.1.84 cents of Kovilampadu Village by deleting the name of the 7th respondent from the acquisition list by considering the lawyer notice dated 21.12.2020 and representation 14.3.2022 of the petitioner, pending disposal of the main writ petition.
