Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the notification dated 03.03.2020 in Ref G4/497/2019 proposing to acquire the lands of the petitioners in an extent of Ac.3.87 cents in Survey Nos.56/4, 5, 8 and 88/1, 91/1 and 3 of Kutukuluru Village, Anaparti Mandal of East Godavari District.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the instructions of the 4th respondent dated 08.09.2025 submit that the 2nd respondent issued withdrawal notification vide DDis. G4/RCPM/ANP/Kutukuluru/497/ 2019 dated 27.02.2021 for the land notified under Compulsory Land Acquisition as per Section 93(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 as the alternate land was identified under consent acquisition mode and accordingly land acquisition process was completed without proceeding with the above said notified land and the land compensation award was not processed since the land is not taken in possession.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances and as per the written instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 08.09.2025, as the subject land was not taken possession and as the respondent authorities did not proceed with the above said impugned notification

dated 03.03.2020, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence no

further orders are necessary in this matter.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required and the written instructions of the 4^th respondent are made part of the court record. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
