This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with

the following prayer for:

“…to issue any writ or direction or order more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd Respondent to continue disciplinary action pursuant to charge Memo issued in Roc No. 5101/09/C2 dated .03.2010 issued against 4th Respondent for the committing act of bigamy with 5th Respondent …”

Heard Sri K.S.Gopala Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the orders passed in the earlier Writ Petition in W.P.No.19240 of 2009, the department has initiated the enquiry against the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and no further orders are required in this matter, the petition may be disposed of.
