The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,

seeking the following relief:

“ declaring the inaction of respondents in passing orders on the application dated 15.06.2023 for deletion of petitioners agricultural lands to an extent of Ac.16.55 cents in Sy.No.57 and Ac.3.99 cents in Sy.No.24, total admeasuring to an extent of Ac. 20.54 cents of Panchalingala Village, Kurnool Rural Mandal, Kurnool District from the prohibited properties list maintained under section 22-A(1)(C) of the Registration Act, 1908 contrary to full bench Judgment of this Hon’ble Court reported in Vinjamuri Rajagopala

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners reiterated the contentions which are urged in the writ petition and limited his request to dispose of the application dated 15.06.2023 submitted by the petitioners in terms of the full bench judgment of this Court reported in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary vs. State ofA.P.\ without touching^{themeritsofthecase.}

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, readily agreed to dispose of the said application submitted by the petitioners, if any, pending with the respondent-authorities.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 2’^^ respondent to dispose of the application^dated 15.06.2023 submitted by the petitioners, in the light of the above referred judgment, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
