Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order or orders, Direction or Direction to declaring the inaction of the 5th respondent to register Crime/FIR against the respondents No. 6 to 8 on petitioner's Complaint dated 9-08-2018 and 12-4-2019 is highly illegal, arbitrary, violation of Art 14,19 (g) and 21 of Constitution of India and also violation of principle of Natural Justice and against the Judgment and Guidelines passed in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. The Court made the following Order:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State.

Learned Additional Government representing the State on written instructions would submit that basing on the report dated 12.04.2019, the Police registered a case in Crime No.89 of 2019 on the file of the Singarayakonda Police Station, Prakasam District, for the offences under Sections 447 & 427 read with 34 IPC on 11.05.2019 against the unofficial respondents and took up the investigation.

In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, the cause in the present Writ Petition appears to have become infructuous, since the Writ Petition is filed for non-registration of FIR.
