Heard Sri V. Sai Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Mathukumilli Srivijay, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Smt. K. Radhika, learned Standing Counsel for the APSCHE appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 & 3.

On the last occasion, this Court has directed the learned Standing Counsel for the APSCHE to verify the photocopies of the Attendance Register that would be submitted by the Writ Petitioner for ensuring that the candidates whose details are now sought to be uploaded have, in fact, been attending the classes from December, 2024. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit that as on the date of filing of the present Writ Petition 54 candidates were seeking to get admission by uploading their data. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has informed the learned Standing Counsel that out of 54 students, only 44 of them, whose names are furnished to the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents intends to continue the course and 10 candidates have dropped out of the said B.Ed I course. Smt. K. Radhika, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the APSCHE has verified the photocopies of the Attendance Register furnished by the Writ Petitioner and it is satisfied that the 44 candidates have been attending classes from the inception.

Keeping this in mind, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Wnt Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Respondent No.2 to keep the portai open from 9:00 A.M on 24.03.2025 up to 5:00 P.M on 25.03.2025. Since this Court has fixed this time and date, it is clarified that no further notice i IS required to be communicated to the Writ Petitioner. It is also clarified that if the Writ Petitioner fails in uploading the

data of the 44 students within the time granted, no further indulgence will be shown.

Needless to state that the Writ Petitioner shall pay penalty of Rs.4,000/for each student. This amount also shall be remitted on the website on both the dates i.e. on 24.03.2025 and 25.03.2025, during the time indicated. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 6. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand ciosed in terms of this order.
