No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in contemplating to allot the land in Sy.No.209 to an extent of Ac.4.12 cents out of which Ac.0.90 cents situated in Nekunampet Village, Kondapuramu Mandal, SPR Nellore District, which is classified as Village site poramboke, for the purpose of house sites under the Navaratnalu programme.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 3^rd respondent dated 22.09.2025 submits that there is no such proposal to utilize the subject land for the above said welfare scheme of housing.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The written instructions of the 3^rd respondent dated 22.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
