Heard Sri P. Vivek, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health FW for the respondent No.1, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.2 to 5 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.6 & 7.

The petitioner was retired from service. His grievance is against the respondents in not clearing the medical bills of the petitioner for the period between 05.01.2022 and 06.12.2022.

The matter has undergone several adjournments, at the^{instance^} of the respondents for instructions. Today, when the matter is finally listed for passing of appropriate orders, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.2 to 5 has placed a copy of instructions received by her in the case. A perusal of the same^{wouldreflectthattheclaim} made by the petitioner has been approved vide two CFMS bill numbers i.e. 2025-695327 for 23,040/- and 2025-695636 for Rs.24,840/- and the said^bills would be cleared on priority basis.

Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate^to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondent^{No.3toclearthebillsof} the petitioner within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
